"This was exactly what we’d hope for. It was the most relaxing stay and having our space to relax after a long day of seeing the City was great. The laundry facilities in unit were super helpful. "

"We lost power to our room on the last day of our stay. Valet parking was listed as available, but was sold out and we had to park several blocks away. It ended up being fine, but it just wasn't what we expected. No breakfast, only an attached restaurant that gives 10% off. "

"I had a nice two night stay at the Blackstone. It’s well maintained, clean and staff are friendly. It’s near the river and was a 5-10 minutes walk to the Art Institute and Auditorium Theatre. Bath products were lovely and the robe was so comfy. I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe and comfortable at this property. Two small considerations: the restaurant closes by 10. Coming home from the theatre, it would have been nice to have a nightcap option that didn’t require an uber ride. The second suggestion would be for reusable cups and a non-caffeinated tea in the room. I reused a coffee cup for tea and unfortunately it had a “cafe au lait” hint! "

"great hotel! love the cleaning staff. they are very good at having everything clean and every day my room was spotless thanks to these ladies. front staff was good too but some seemed a bit unwelcoming at times. but other than that, great place just wish it was a bit more cheaper. "
