“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. “The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.”

“This hotel is located conveniently in Old San Juan right next to a cruise ship dock. There is a Walgreen in the same building, so it's very easy to pick up daily essentials. The rooms have been renovated recently,”

“산후앙 여행시 추천할만한 호텔임. 조그마한 도시라서 가까운곳은 우버로 이동을 추천함. 안전하고 쾌적함 ”

“I called two days before my trip but was unable to reach anyone by phone. The pictures of the room online did not accurately reflect the actual room, and the restaurant was closed. The room was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. No parking or area to drop off luggage.Based on this stay, I would not be eager to return or recommend this property to others.”

“Hard for parking”
