“Although this is an expensive hotel it is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. The coffee in the lobby is a very nice touch. The staff are incredible. The amount of attention to details and the helpfulness was wonderful. Not once did we feel like we where an inconvenience. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Merci. ”
“Conveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it.”
“The room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.”
"The room was not the newest in town, but it was very clean and spacious! They offered a free upgrade when checking in, which was great, with a separate living room, kitchen, and a balcony. I also liked its great location, very close to the shopping street and the 747 bus stop to the airport. I'd choose this place if I visit again."
