"Location is great! We were able to walk to all the sites and museums we wanted to see and there were lovely quiet restaurants all around the hotel area.
The hotel is charming, the rooms are comfortable, quiet and very clean. The staff were very helpful with advice on how to arrange the few days we had in Rome. We will stay here again in future trips to Rome."

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...

Great location. Easy walk from train station but also good neighborhood. Everyone was really helpful. We stayed in the 3 person room with a balcony - very nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Historic homes converted to a hotel in a wonderful location close to Villa Borghese and good restaurants. Excellent service with a very attractive courtyard serving meals and drinks. Sense of “old world’ staying in this boutique hotel.

The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!

This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

My stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure, thanks to its prime location and the array of conveniences in its vicinity. Nestled in a walkable neighborhood, the hotel offered a perfect blend of accessibility and charm.
My junior suite at this hotel was incredibly spacious, featuring a comfortable sitting room and a generously sized bedroom area. The large closet provided ample storage and the balcony offered decent views.

Very nice hotel, one block to the train station. No need for taxis, yet close to all the bus pickups and subways. We walked to all the tourist sites during our stay here. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Forum. 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. 35 minute walk to Vatican City, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.
Breakfast here is top notch. A full spread of juices, fruits, meats, eggs, cereals breads, coffees, teas, etc. Sure to fit any taste of appetite. ...

The breakfast is delicious .. they don’t nickel and dime you for little things like the other hotels do and that goes a long way in hospitality ! We would repeat our stay here again .. thank you for hosting us for 4 nights !

Unique property, excellent staff, comfortable beds, near shopping stores, train station, and dining options. Also, included breakfast, a small cafeteria but with everything you need for a good start.

Staff was really helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we expected it to be--not fancy but safe, quiet, affordable, clean, and reasonably convenient. We were able to park on street near the hotel, and there are garages nearby, which is a plus if you have a rental and want to stash it somewhere rather than driving in Rome. It's a family-run European hotel so expect some stuff like them wanting to hold keys at the desk and keep tabs on your coming and going a bit. It's probably not the place...

The hotel is located in a great area close to all the tourists spots. If you look down the street you will see the colosseum, which was cool to see! I also appreciated them allowing our luggage to be stored as we explored city! Thank you.

We found this hotel on Expedia as part of a package deal. The photos looked great and as always, we were leery because not everything you see on the Internet is true. Well let me tell you, their photos don't do it justice! The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Salvatore will make you feel right at home. He made us feel more than welcome. The staff is incredible. If you need suggestions on where to eat or shop, or if you need directions, just ask. We had an economy room and it was...
