"This is our second time coming back to stay at this beautiful hotel while in Cartagena. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering the high quality. We like the location as it is close to tour companies, shopping and restaurants. You can also easily hail a cab to go to the old city. Regarding the rooms, they are always immaculately clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is always excellent. What's not to like???"

"Considering the noisy area, we were able to sleep, room was quiet and the hotel felt safe. All staff was very polite. Breakfast; self serve continental breakfast and eggs cooked to order, it felt good having someone greeting you at the breakfast area, setting up the table and taking your order. Room was spacious and bathroom too."

"The quality of service at Casa Lola was impeccable. The staff was always very professional and the room itself was promptly cleaned. The hotel itself was exactly like staying at an art gallery, very picturesque. Don’t get me started on the Restaurant, food and drinks were always first class. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with signature options from various cities in Columbia and American and European option as well. Every amenity outside of this hotel was within walking distance, so nothing ever seemed out of reach. I would recommend this hotel 10 times over for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena."
