“This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket. “Pleasantly surprised with our stay! The hotel was much nicer than it seemed based on research. The check in was easy and they even gave us free parking. We were also surprised by a fresh fruit plate that was sent to the room! The pools and hot tub were nice and every common area in the hotel was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable…probably the best ones we had on our entire trip!”
