"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"掃除が全くされていなかった。 部屋は、髪の毛だらけ、しかも、ほこりが髪の毛に絡みついている、すなわち、長い間、掃除していない証拠です。自分たちで掃除しました。 また、ベッドのシーツすら変えていない。シーツにはぬけ毛がたくさんついたまま、床のほこりの塊りが、掛け布団の上にたくさん有り、シーツと掛け布団の間には、沢山のぬけ毛がとほこりの塊りが、沢山ついています。 そのうえ、事前の利用客の体臭がシーツに染み付いたまま。 部屋を歩けば、床のホコリが舞い上がります。 衛生面が、最悪です。 シ一ツすら交換しない神経が理解不能です。 昨年、10月に3泊利用したときはそんなことはありませんでした。 今回は4泊しましたが、30万円近い宿泊費で、シーツすら交換しない宿など、詐欺に近いサービスだと感じました。 次回も4泊で利用せざるをえないので、掃除、シーツ交換くらいはして下さい。"

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "
