"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree in Dallas, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was accommodating, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Every interaction was met with professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist with any need. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests have a positive experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas area and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"I always travel and use Embassy for my stays! I absolutely love this hotel. I will say we were less than impressed with front counter service. When housekeeping came and cleaned our room, they took all the towels and wash cloths, but didn't leave replacements. We asked the front desk and they said they would send someone with more. Finally, at 9:00pm, we went down to get them ourselves and the front desk said housekeeping knocked on our door a few times and we never opened, and I quote: "that's why you don't have your towels." We opened the curtains and were setting on the couch waiting on them. For over an hour, we never saw or heard anyone. He wasn't the friendliest at the desk, but otherwise our entire stay was great. The breakfast was GREAT, the hotel is roomy and clean and other than the one problem we had, we had a wonderful time. Will continue to stay with Embassy in the future!"
