"Really nice room and great food!"

"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me when it was time to leave that I had to pay the driver in cash. They should’ve mentioned that when I booked it. Also, since we left early in the morning I asked for a bagged breakfast which they said would be done but no breakfast was prepared for us. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest."

"The floors in the room were very dirty. The water in the shower would leak on the floor through the bottom of the glass. When we complained out the room being gross staff offered no compensation and tried to guilt trip us by saying a free meal would come out of their pocket. There were probably 500 bees flying around everywhere on the rooftop restaurant right in the kitchen and seating area. Also the walls do not block any of the sound from the streets. You could tell the restaurant staff were trying their best but then that I did not have a good experience at all."
