"The room was clean and the restaurant food was wonderful for dinners. The breakfast was fresh and good although after 3 days of the exact same it was not as appealing. They had 2 singers who performed in the morning and evening. Sunsets were beautiful and location was close enough to central Venice but also a quite retreat away."

"Our room was lovely. The only thing we wish they had more plug ins but it was decorated beautifully. We had an extension cord so all good. Breakfast each morning was very good and for the price if €20 we also had tea in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend"

"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The latte was excellent. Excellent location near Rialto Market vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and gelato. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so difficult to haul baggage up 2 flights of stairs. My room was supposed to have a twin and a double bed. The double was good, but the twin was a chair bed (like a sofa bed but a twin). It was not a real bed and was uncomfortable. The bathroom was good, but the shower leaked between the glass panel and the floor. The room and the bathroom had inadequate storage space. Overall enjoyed my stay, but these few things prevented me from giving 5 stars."

"The property and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was very helpful- we did book transportation via water taxi through their services and we arrived 15 minutes late due to plane delays and they do disclose they will not wait, I was not able to be properly connected with anyone to talk about alternative times for them to pick us up. We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very professional and friendly. Our favorite memory form staying here was our waiter in the bar located below, Sam. Sam was extremely friendly and a pleasure to visit every night. He took the time to talk with us and he really made our stay here memorable. We thank him for all of his kindness!"
