“The condition of the assigned room fell short of the expectations set by online photos. The room required more thorough housekeeping, and the furnishings showed significant age and wear. Additionally, the bathroom did not match the online photos, which showcased a walk-in shower with glass doors rather than the dated bathtub and shower curtain I received.”

“Great property and spacious room with amazing rooftop bar.”

“We arrived around 5:30. We were informed our room was not ready as others were being checked in, we had to sit and wait. When we asked why we were waiting, we were informed because we paid for a king-size bed with a view our room was not quite ready yet for our inconvenience. ”

“The reception was awesome because of the staff. I arrived early before noon, and the staff help getting me into a room in a timely manner. Michael was helpful in getting me checked in, while also keeping me laughing. The room was clean and stocked with everything I needed.”

“Very nice and friendly. Very clean. No issues”

“A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!”
