"From the moment we arrived, our experience at the M Resort was excellent. Self-parking was conveniently located near the entrance, making it easy to access both the property and our room. Valet and bell services were friendly, professional, and welcoming, as was the hotel staff overall. Upon entering our initial room, our five-year-old realized there was no bathtub. My wife contacted the front desk, and within approximately 30 seconds we were reassigned to a new room that perfectly accommodated our needs. The quick response and customer service were truly impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The following morning, we ordered room service, which exceeded our expectations the food was outstanding. We were extremely happy with our stay and the level of service provided. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, M Resort, for a wonderful experience. "
