The hotel front desk clerk named Hailey was very accommodating. My reserved room was nowhere close to my sister in law’s family and when I told Hailey this she was able to switch it to the next door of my sil’s room. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Reno, especially because by the time we are back the elevators will be upgraded. "
