"Our room overall was very clean and up-to-date. The room sizes are small, but you have everything you need. The bathrooms are VERY small. You can barely shut the door when you get into the bathroom before you sit down to use the toilet. The shower head felt almost like a rainfall showerhead, so did not have enough pressure in my opinion. The bathrooms also don't have fans so it gets pretty moist in there."

"We had such a great experience staying here! The hotel itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and very well kept. Our room was comfortable and had an amazing view of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Chicago—we were able to get around easily and always felt safe coming and going from the hotel. The accommodations were great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We had absolutely no complaints and would happily stay here again. See you next year!"

"Waited a long time to check in. Loved the games in the lobby! Pool was great! Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second night- we came back to a dirty room with no sheets in a bed and the do not disturb sign was on the door. I called the front desk, but no one came so then I had to go track someone down in the hallway. We ended up waiting up at night to have someone come out sheets on the bed so we could go to sleep."
