Southwest Austin, Austin hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"First and most important, room was nice and clean so very happy about this. Only couple minor complaints would be the single elevator and distance from lobby was difficult to deal with carrying several bags. The other was the breakfast whereas none of the pancake mix machines were working properly resulting in several people, including myself throwi g a small portion of mix away and not getti g pancakes."

"Fun hotel. Would suggest rooms with odd number (facing trees) and over 20 (120+, 220+..) to avoid noisy steeet."

"Of all the Home2 suites I have stayed, this is bad. The place is old and they were charging $4.50 cents for a small water bottle, which was supposed to be given as a complimentary. Breakfast was good and lot of varieties. Except the room and hospitality, everything else was good. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located for our trip to watch the Longhorn softball team play. The staff was wonderful, the bartender was attentive and the room was comfy. There was some hair in our shower and our bathroom needed an update. None of that made me not want to return. We will certainly be back! The staff was so wonderful they made up for it all!! One CAUTION….if you’re planning to park at this hotel, the parking is a pay lot contracted with another company. You must scan a QR code and pay $38 per night via credit card. Just something to consider before you believe you’re getting a great deal on the hotel!!"
