“No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. ”
“Internet , Staff , Bed Comfort and Amenities are all 10!!! Food I give a 6 . Had a great time the beach did disappoint us the area to enter on the resort so brown full of algae and felt like big stones at the button even with water shoes uncomfortable but again my trip was great ”

“What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation.

“Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...
“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, nos gustó mucho el lugar, la playa que estaba limpia y le limpiaban el sargazo, la comida también muy rica, nuestra habitación muy cómoda y la vista al mar increíble. La ubicación también excelente, frente a los restaurantes de Puerto Aventuras y ese desarrollo turístico es muy bonito y muy seguro.”
