“This place is AMAZING! We got moved to their sister hotel called Mereva and got upgraded rooms because something was under construction in Alea and it was so kind of them. They greeted us with a smile and took our luggage’s to our rooms, and we had ALOT of heavy big luggage’s. Jose Luis, Oscar, Felipe, Jose, and Luis were all so kind and we all loved having conversations with them each breakfast and dinner. They were the highlight of my stay here. They made all of our times there so memorable....

The hospitality was next level—Erik and Dalia at the front desk were always kind, helpful, and made getting around super easy. “I stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa & it’s a perfect place for a big family. 1 bedroom upstairs has to twin beds. The 2 bed room’s downstairs has there on restroom’s. Villa could host easy 12 people but owner only aloud 8 or nine people. Maybe more if you send a message. I give staff 💯/ respect every staff member was so kind & helpful.
