โThe Sleepy Bear Inn was updated, clean, attractive, and very comfortable. Rooms were decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Loved it!โ

โTo be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing โ
โThe first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.โ
โWhat a treat to be able to find this gem! We have been riding our bicycles along the Erie Canal Trail for the past week and this place was a perfect stop for us to rest and recharge. Letโs start with the staff, they are first class and really make you feel at home. The rooms were outstanding and beds extremely comfortable. โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
โOur Check In representative was awesome, she was so funny and friendly. We had an awful experience with Air Canada and their strike. She brought some sunshine to a dark day. I appreciate her and her service. โ
