The range and availability was great though. The lounge and bar are was very well run by professional and friendly staff who definitely know how to deliver great customer service. Drinks and food were all up to the required standard. The reception team were also very helpful and friendly providing good information and a smooth experience "

"The room was lovely and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked out the receptionist asked if there was anything else we would like help with. I thought this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to ask. The bar area was airy and well laid out and the drinks were reasonably priced."

"Beautiful hotel, very good customer service. Only downside was the breakfast. We were charged £17 per person for a pretty lacklustre offering. My husband requested pancakes which were on the menu for an additional £2.50, so we were expecting a spectacular stack as a result; what he got was a couple of shop bought small pancakes to go with a very dry sausage and one rasher of bacon. Given that everything else was top-notch in the hotel, we feel they should perhaps review their breakfast and invest in some local specialities for the price charged - and definitely not charge extra for a couple of floppy pancakes."
