"The guest service agent from Chattanooga was wonderful. I’m sorry I forgot her name. Other than that it was a decent stay. The bathroom door didn’t lock. Older property. A complementary coffee would have been great for the price of the room. "

"The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, despite being placed in the bonvoy “quiet zone”, we had a dog in the room next to us who barked constantly all morning and late afternoon while we were in our room. Dogs should be placed as far away from other guests as possible to not bother anyone. Otherwise, again, the staff was great."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The check in and check out was easy and the valet service was great. The room was bright and clean, but the shower door wasn't sealed properly so the water leaked out and drenched the bath mat. The mattresses could have been better as both of them caved in a bit- we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The location was close to cool restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay there again. "
