“This was a great hotel for the night. Our sea facing room was very reasonably priced, massive, beautifully decorated and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and allowed us early access to the room and to leave our cars in the car park the next day while we went for a walk The hotel is situated just a short walk to access the coastal pathway that takes you sea front/pier area, and from there you can loop into the town itself. I'd highly recommend staying...

“Beautiful place!”

“Upon arrival just after 4pm, I was given Room 24 which was on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the dining area without soundproofing but an open doorway. Also in the adjacent rooms were numerous foreign (migrant?) families with children running up and down the short corridor, and plenty of door knocking and chatting loudly in the corridor. I complained to the reception staff (man instead of the young lady who checked me in), he apologised and moved me to another room on 2nd floor, plus...

“Wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Very comfortable bed, clean room and variety of teas. Very quiet too. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would highly recommend and stay again. ”

“The staff are a Great team, they made our stay very enjoyable. I have always wanted to stay there ever since I was a young boy . My wife and I will go back again. If all Hotels had staff so nice every one would have no complaints . David and the receptionist staff brilliant and the lady in charge of the restaurant and breakfast room all staff First class .”

“All the breakfast items was cold the room was clean but small and dated bed was solid as a rock think the 3pm check in is abit late surely they can get room done by 1pm definitely wont rush to say there again most probably use premier inn instead ”

“Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home.”
