The bedroom was absolutely 5* nicely furnished and modern The staff were lovely and friendly and tbh one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time! I think it would be 5* if it had a restaurant and spa but otherwise it’s excellent ”

“We have just returned from a lovely overnight stay at Tyn y Coed to celebrate my boyfriends Birthday, couldn't fault a thing, staff couldn't do enough for us, room was clean, warm and comfortable, the food was outstanding,we ate our evening meal there and also breakfast which was delicious. “Superior room was excellent, welcoming and well presented on arrival. The guests living room was a great place to spend a cosy evening in front of the wood burning stove. Breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and good choice, and the fresh eggs were memorable. The electric charge point was a bonus. ”

“Parking was easy, breathtaking views! Room was slightly dated and had some dirt in the room such as dirty fingner print marks on the walls & mold on the shower sealant... Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. Also had confusion over my booking type as expedia allowed me to select the 'pay at property' option (which was more expensive) then the hotel took the money out...

“Nice clean rooms. No lift. The meals and bar area are very good. Parking on site. The only downside was in our rooms the tv only had four random channels one day and none the next. ”
