Loved everything stay was great besides the water pressure in the shower in our rooms. Slight trickle. Other than that great, will be back. Loved the pool and swim up bar, pretty packed opening weekend which is also memorial Day weekend so was to be expected. Price for Lily pads and cabanas are quite ridiculous for the weekend, but fairly priced during the weekdays. Staff super friendly, Ian (pool server) hustled with a smile on his face all weekend long. Taking care of everyone!

The resort is well-kept and clean. We were treated very well by staff. My only complaint is that we did not get the promised phone call when our room was ready. The room was good with a nice view. I was surprised the pool was not open yet when it had been 90 degrees for days, seems rather late to open. The restaurants and bars were aplenty and we enjoyed the live music by the 5 o'clock somewhere bar. We would stay again if back in the area.

Construction made you walk all the way around the complex. For people who can’t walk long distances, it is an issue, and this is a BIG complex. Machines are VERY TIGHT! The hotel & staff were wonderful. We won’t gamble at your casino, again. Jackpots are very small, when you get a bonus. We have a casino, 4 miles from our home and they have the same gaming practices and we go across town. Your Hotel and staff are 5 star, though!

The valet employees in the parking garage were very rude. The young lady working g in the very back of the casino at pizza place was very rude and shoved our pizza at us and my husband Christopher Below shoved back to her and asked for a refund. She removed our pizzas 3 from the heat lamp while she waited on the rest of order but said she could not give it to us because she would get confused without the complete order, meanwhile our pizza was getting cold! The nicest encounter we had was with Micheal who carried our luggage to our room.

The pool was advertised as open BUT there were no chairs, towels, or staff to order food & drink. Very disappointing. It was misleading to say the pool is open on website. Didn’t offer any credit or discount or free night. Ruth Chris was underwhelming as well. Not 5 star service and the food was not as good as it has been in the past

The beds were very comfortable. Perfect pillows. Spacious rooms. There should be park benches in areas outside to sit on for those that like to sit outside. Otherwise by far the only hotel the we have ever stayed in (Several) that was just right. Thank you.

The is a fun resort with a nice pool area and a great venue to see a concert. The only down side is the amount of cigarette smoke everywhere.
