“Location”

“We unfortunately had a poor experience during our stay at the Fairfield Inn location in the Savannah, GA historic district area. Sadly the greeting area prior to even checking in is managed by the 3rd party valet team. $48.00 overnight parking charge to misplace vehicle keys, Move the vehicle to the farthest location even after stating that I would be leaving for a reservation in 30min. “everything ”

“The parking attendants were very kind.”

“I was originally charged less, but the charge did not go through once I spoke with my bank. It went through for even more. Also they could not tell me why I was being charged so much. It was like $87 difference after all that we check into a room and there’s mold on the ceiling we had to be moved to another room.”

This means a very "high" step to get into and out of the tub with a pull around shower curtain which...

“Great stay”

“Room had a bit of dirt on the floor when we arrived. Room service never came to replace towels during our stay, which was short. Having a fridge was nice, but we missed a microwave. On the last day, found a roach on the bed. Despite that, the combination of location and price meant it wasn't too terrible. Just keep expectations in check.”
