"The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But I’ll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. ( helped a little ! ) 2- you are only permit to use the swimming pools, sona required additional payment. 3- breakfast closed at 9:30am. ( all hotels I been to closed at 10 ) 4- no room service after 10pm which is not convenient as all restaurants...

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean.
