"The check-in process for this apartment was more complicated than for a standard hotel room (this was the first time we booked an apartment through Expedia as opposed to a regular hotel room). The person at the lobby 'front desk' was not helpful at all and was obviously there to assist actual apartment residents, rather than temporary guests such as us. Also, our car got 'booted' while parked just outside the lobby entrance and we were working through the check-in process (there were *no* signs/markings indicating parking restrictions). Once we'd completed check-in and got to the apartment, we were pleased overall - it was clean, the space was ample and the furnishings were suitable to our needs. The property photos posted on Expedia did not exactly match the actual look of the apartment, I suppose the posted photos are representative of a generic apartment at the property and individual apartments vary somewhat. For instance,the posted photos show both a washer and dryer, but our unit only had a washer, *no* dryer, and we had to use the supplied line/hangers on the balcony to dry our clothes. Lastly, going back and reading almost all reviews on Expedia left me with two thoughts: 1 - We did *not* experience a 'bait and switch' situation as described in many of the negative reviews. I guess just be aware that this situation is a possibility. 2 - Many 10 out of 10 reviews on Expedia look 'suspect'. They only contain a short blurb of glowing remarks and a one-night stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE – MISLEADING LISTING AND UNRESPONSIVE HOST My family and I booked two “Superior Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartments,” and both units were extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. As soon as we entered, there was a strong foul odor, and the apartments were visibly unclean. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. In my unit, we found bugs on the ceiling and along the bathroom wall, a leaking toilet, a dirty kitchen, and a broken door leading to the outdoor washing machine area. The second apartment had similar problems, including ants crawling throughout the kitchen. We immediately contacted the host multiple times—via calls, texts, and messages—sharing photos and videos and asking him to meet us to resolve the situation. We received no response at all. Due to the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute, at a significantly higher cost. Before leaving, we documented everything, left the keys on the kitchen counter, and informed the host—again with no reply to this day. In addition to losing the cost of our 4-night booking, we also lost our deposit. We have filed a complaint with Expedia and are still waiting for a full refund due to false advertising. To make matters worse, several members of our family experienced rashes and headaches for two days after staying in the apartment. This was supposed to be the start of our vacation after a 24+ hour journey, it turned into a nightmare!"

"We stayed here for several nights, and while we initially tried to be understanding, the experience ultimately fell far below expectations. For the price and size of the apartment, we were willing to overlook the fact that the unit did not match the photos advertised online. However, the condition of the apartment made that difficult. It was noticeably dirty, there were ants throughout the space, and the air conditioning unit was leaking from the ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Communication with the host was also inconsistent. At times, responses would come a day later, and when we asked a simple question about access to the pool (which was shown in the listing photos), we never received any reply. The main reason for this low rating, however, is the checkout experience. The host sent a staff member to handle our checkout, and despite confirming the time the day prior, he arrived 15 minutes late. When he did arrive, he was unfriendly, did not greet us, and offered no assistance with luggage. Instead, he went straight to the bathrooms, gathered the towels, laid them out on the bed, and attempted to charge us extra to “bleach” them because he claimed they were dirty. When we refused, he made inappropriate and offensive comments about Viet kieu like us, saying we should not return to Vietnam. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Although the host later sent a message apologizing and explained that the staff member was new, it felt like a weak"

"Property was super clean and just exactly as it looks especially for the landmark plus I stayed in. "

"I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere else for food."
