"The property needs maintenance, and next door neighbor started their construction at 5:30am which we cannot sleep duration of our stay. Cleaning per request and their towels and cleaning team dirty. It was a waste money to stay there, the girl who coordinate the place seems nice Thuy Nhu very helpful and great other than the place is low end. Will never stay there, rather be in hotel "

"The following are broken in the apartment 1. Toilet seat is broken 2. Some drawers are broken The following are missing or not as posted 1. You cannot access the swimming pool or gym with the guest card. 2. 4 nights staying at the place, we ran out of soap, toilet papers and shampoo 3. There is a washing machine but there is no washing powder or detergent. 4. There is no dryer. 5. There is only 2 towel and one of them is stained. The only pro is the location is easy to locate."

"It is too dirty, pillowcases and bed sheets are filthy, with yellow stains and smell awful, itching causing me couldn't sleep. Restroom smell, molding, floor didn't mop. Called owner and maintenance staffs to request cleaning several times, They promised to come, but never showed up. It is very difficult to contact with the property owner, called them but they didn't pick up the phone. It is terrible communication. "
