“I liked the fantastic atmosphere of the lobby and the London-style space and details. It is overwhelmed by the excellent atmosphere, sense of space, F&B restaurants and the best GYM facility I have ever experienced.”

“This hotel is horrible!! Do not stay here! There is no reception. There is nowhere to store bags. I was directed to Bounce which then directed me to Krystal convenience store. The people there are very rude! Not to mention having to drag all my luggage around. To get to our room involved 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift and a total of 4 doors and another 2 doors to get into our room. The stairs and hall are dingy and dirty. The carpet in the hall is stained and it’s quite a delight (lol)...

“짐 보관서비스를 이용할려고 했는데 당일 하루만 이용 가능 하다고 해서 엄청 고생했어요. 참고로 에든버러를 다녀 온후 다시 투숙하는 것이였는데 그리고 제계정으로 모두 5박을 예약 했는데 정말 불친절 하네요.”
