“A clean basic overnight stay. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant attached was excellent . Fantastic burgers and a great breakfast. We would stay again.”

“Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. ”

“Was good for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice. Staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative was the slamming doors at night. The bedroom doors require a good slam to shut them so this made it a little disruptive at night. Other than that it was a great little place to stay.”

The room had everything we needed, we didn't have dinner but did have a drink in the bar, and then breakfast had a great selection too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. “The hotel really caters for big events etc. and was almost empty when I stayed. I only met the receptionist who was efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very large and set in its own grounds and gardens. For my stay it was very quiet - I can't comment on when it is full and busy. However, my stay was during the latest heatwave and my bedroom was without air conditioning and uncomfortably hot. “Room looks great the bathroom area is a wow factor, amenities left are brilliant the fruit and milk, orange juice is all fabulous.location is great at the top of the high street , inside the building very smart and welcoming.
