Very pretty property with a nice grounds that include a lake. Included breakfast was very good and the staff were nice.

Nicely renovated motel! Our room was clean, modern, and spacious even with two queen beds. Lots of small amenities in the room like hooks to hang coats and backpacks, trays for muddy shoes, etc. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our refrigerator - aside from having maintenance check on it, they also offered to store our food and ice packs in the office until the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The Drift is a wonderful place to stay! We appreciate that it is close to everything, in the heart of Pagosa. We enjoyed the amenities of the common area, the bikes to take leisurely rides and sitting by the fire pit at night listening to the sounds of nature and the river. Awesome place to enjoy nature, to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Inn, near slopes and restaurants. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier. We will be returning here next year. Love it here. Thank you Matt and staff were the best.

We're budget hotel/camping types, so even the standard/basic room was way more than we're used to paying, but it was a worthwhile treat and we're budgeting for another trip next year. Besides the variety of pools to soak in, we really enjoyed the extras - several vip adult pools without screaming kids, and all-night after hours (hence, quiet) access for hotel guests. We had never stayed in a geodesic dome before but wanted something other than a plain hotel room. The Pagosa River Domes were great for a first time. The Domes are right off the river. We stayed in number 9 which was about in the middle of the line of them. We could see the river from the back deck and see all the different wildlife across the bank. Clean property. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quite. Would stay here again.

We like the comfortable room and the staff are so helpful (little things like switching out Med Roast for stronger brew or the great selection of organic tea, or making sure we had non-feather pillows). We like that it is not on the main street and parking onsite. It is above a restaurant but the low volume of noise was doable and the band on the last night was great! And restaurants, parade and fireworks are within walking distance.

First time in Telluride, and it couldn't have gone more perfectly. Please note, I am not one to dump blanket praise. I am known to be pretty tough. Now, the Franz Klammer....stayed in room 403 and it is a spacious 2 full bedrooms (king size beds) and full baths (giant jacuzzi tubs, double sinks, the whole bit). Gas fireplace, 3 TVs with Direct TV and DVD players...small kitchen but fully stocked and equipped with top line appliances (Refrig/Freezer, dishwasher, micowave, cooktop and oven). ...

Check out time was 11am. We went to breakfast, when we came back at 9:30am they were already cleaning are room. I wish they would have waited until we checked out.

We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset!

The hotel we usually stay at in Ouray was fully booked so we decided to try the China Clipper based on the reviews we read. We’re so glad we did. Our room was amazing and Charles and Melissa were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.
