"The staff were very helpful, the bedroom was clean but need some update, same as the whole hotel. Even when the place is not new it was comfortable. Having indoor parking was super handy, and it is close to downtown Ottawa. Have to add that the view from our room was beautiful. It was worthy to stay there. Will do it again anytime I need to go back to that area."

"The location was perfect, walking distance to all attractions we wanted to see and having restaurants nearby was very handy. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We will definitely recommend this place for others to stay. I will definitely give it a 9.8/10"

"Recently stayed here a few days while visiting family. The good: staff is super-friendly and helpful. The restaurants downstairs are both outstanding, It's nice and modern, has that boutique feel. Great location, walking distance to Byward Market. The bad: room cleaning was spotty. Left $10 for the maid one of the days and the room was hardly cleaned. Room snacks are just some nuts and pringles. I know, those are overpriced anyways. But I ate them the first night and they never refilled it. TV doesn't have streaming/apps, that should be standard in any hotel these days, especially a more upscale one. To me, the staff and service can make or break the experience, and ultimately it's why I would choose to stay there again."
