โMe and my family appreciated the room on the first floor without even asking us the staff gave us the easiest access since we were all exhausted and had children and senior who would have trouble climbing stairs. even though there is an elevator it would still be too much walking. the pool is amazing! everything is clean, quiet and not crowded. there is no chaos. it is very peaceful place. we absolutely loved it! and it's so beautiful! very adorable hotel!โ
โThis was probably one of my favorite Florida vacation locations. They did great at when we needed to extend our vacation. They added the day so we didnโt have to switch around rooms. The staff was very nice. Very kind. The facilities were clean. The beds were clean. We really enjoyed it and will miss Florida because of this location. The pools and Tiki bar close a lot due to weather, but as for our own safety. I have zero complaints we did get some looks when we went to the Kinseyโs restaurant...
โIt is a 1-star hotel and provides relatively good service. It is suitable for staying for a day or more and is also suitable for family trips. This is the best choice for those who do not want a luxury hotel or want to save on hotel costs.โ
โI cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed there on a prior trip, and will again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned each day. โ
โI paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card...
โThis was a great experience me n my wife stayed for 2 days staff was so nice n friendly they truly appreciate the guests we will be staying hrre again on our next trip for sure we have paid triple this n got treated like wecwere just mo ey for there pocket not here they were repainting elevator called us to waitbtill we got back to start n offered full help on check out with bags as we were on 3rd floor โ
โMy children and I enjoyed our stay. This place is close to everything. The property managers responds within minutes for any inquires. You can also reach someone by phone at any hour. The home was very clean with everything you need! I would definitely recommend!โ
