"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"I booked this hotel because I read about their comfy beds, and they did not disappoint—they were the comfiest beds of our entire trip. The location was also very convenient since we had an early flight the next morning. While we did encounter a few issues with the staff, such as being placed on the lowest floor despite booking a high floor room and not being informed about needing our room key to operate the lights and air conditioning, these were minor inconveniences. The signage for the room...

"Best hotel I've been in . I'm paraplegic the bed was the right size the bathroom sink and shower excellent...I only wish that hotels would include a bathtub in rooms with wheelchair accessible..it's easier to transfer in a bathtub for women that are paraplegic "
