"This is a fantastic place!! The look, feel, and sounds of a wilderness lodge are very cosy and soothing. There are bird songs piped into the hallways; loud enough to notice but low enough to seem realistic. The walk in shower was great. Lots of water and lots of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant brunch was very tasty. There was lots of parking available."

"Nice hotel with comfortable beds overall good stay but i wouldn’t book again i didn’t like the way they have this weird fees and charges and make you have to have breakfast at their restaurant if you want those fees void very confusing and not really convenient"

"The staff is great and tries hard to accommodate requests. There were a few facility items that knocked my score down to four stars versus five: the first room I was in the refrigerator temperature dial was missing so I couldn't make it colder, the light for the bathroom is automatic which is great, but it is too bright for middle of the night bathroom trips, there was body lotion instead of body wash in our shower and I notified the front desk and that was not changed out for us the same day. I did, however, experienced more challenging situations with the property which were promptly and immediately resolved with graciousness."
