“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

“Very disappointing. This hotel was rated very good an 8.4 but it was far from it. It is very dated and it was dirty and smelled musty. The lamp shades were stained and the lamps were rusty and old. There was mould and dirt all around the window and baseboards. I do NOT recommend this hotel.”

“Stayed in February for easy access to skiing at Mount Snow. Hideaway Inn is 2 minutes from Mount Snow and a confortable place to stay. Basic accomodations in winter but you have everything you need in a room. Beverages in common area and helpfull staff. Very pleasant check in and check out. Overall, great experience and will stay again.”

“The rrooms were clean, shower was great. Hallways dark, parking lot not to much lighting. There is no breakfast just coffee.”
