“Das Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch außerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannen”
“Great hotel. Have been coming for years for an annual birthday night out with a group of friends. Guy at reception was very friendly, especially as we were concerned we may not be able to park there as no space, but did manage to in the end. Hotel is great...not the most modern, no, but homely and rooms have always been spacious, clean and welcoming. The bar/club is great for a night out. Would definitely recommend. Very close to town centre and beach too. Well done Royal Exeter!”
“We went for a family trip to Bournemouth we booked this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. They gave us refurbished family room which was just perfect. My only comment is for breakfast timing is very short as I’m there to enjoy my time, also the food order for breakfast needs to be organised may be give Breakfast order form to your guests to choose what they want to eat, a lot of mistakes and confusion I have seen during my stay.”

“비수기를이용 60파운드 정도에 시뷰 발코니룸을 예약. 도착해서 시뷰 발코니룸을 받기는 했는데 홈페이지 사진과는 전~혀 다를 좀 후진 방을줌. 컴플레인을 걸었더니 4층 발코니뷰 방은 다 차서 2층에 발코니 방을 줬다는데.... 발코니 옆에선 로비천장 공사중이고 앞 바다는 건물에 가려서 잘 보이지 않고, 방과 욕실도 사진보다 작았음.
밤에 나가서 불켜진곳을 확인해보니 4층에 빈방도 있는 듯 했음. 뭔가 차별 냄세가 나기는 했으나 하루 있는거라 그냥 넘어감.
시설, 위치는 가격대비 나쁘지 않았으나 다시 방문할지는....”
“Great hotel for solo traveller - room was compact but perfectly adequate and very clean. Single bed was comfortable. The fan was an added bonus. The pool was good and the outdoor pool next door a great addition. 10 - 15 minute walk
from the town centre. All for £65 - definitely recommended.”

“We wanted a hotel that is near the beach, affordable and also with easy access to town centre. Unfortunately this hotel is extremely run down. I heard that some of the executive suites have been remodelled (only rooms with aircon!) but the standard room we stayed in was in a terrible condition. Wallpaper on the walls and ceiling were peeling off, mold on all silicons in the bathroom and the shower head was orange from build up.
