"Wir hatten schlechte Erfahrung mit der Rezeption gemacht. Erst liess man uns sehr lange warten (>3h) und anschliessend gab es ein angebliches Upgrade allerdings, war das die Kategorie, welche wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer, was wir gebucht haben, war mit 92m2 angegeben. Was sich aber als Irrtum rausstellte. Es war ungefähr 45m2, inkl. Balkon, gross. Jeden Tag hatten wir weniger Tücher, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde die Minibar nicht mehr aufgefüllt und von unseren 5 Tagen Aufenthalt ging das...

"We had a really lovely stay at Riad Altair. Couldn't really fault the property. Abdul was an absolute delight and such a lovely first impression, as were the whole staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was tasty. They make eggs to order. I guess my 4-star rating probably comes down to value for money, as we paid close to $250 AUD a night, and I'm not quite sure it was worth that. "Staying in a Riad a very different experience than in a hotel and enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. Each staff member is freindly and very helpful. A useful information I would share rgat I wish I had before our trip. To reach here you should get a taxi to “Place Mellah” ( a roundabout) and then drag your bags over for 5-6 mins. But that's not too bad. This place is quite and peaceful, given that its close to a busy Souk "
