"Great location right near restaurant and internally connected with Novotel . Rooms are pretty basic with not very good air conditioning. , toilet seat is quite high so tricky with kids. Sink’s outside the bathroom and the shower’s got a glass door right in the room zero privacy, really awkward setup. No kettle for tea and no ironing allowed in the room . Wouldn’t choose it again."

"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxie Zürich hotel. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice size and very clean. The decor is very eclectic. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a little outside the city limits however you can easily catch the tram, which is just the next block over. The Italian restaurant which is directly across the street from the hotel was excellent."
