This hotel was beautiful the staff super friendly and super helpful. The food was amazing we had burgers,wings, sushi, pasta, steak..etc Would recommend here and it was a 10 min drive from the flea market/coco bongo The beach/lagoon view was amazing especially the sunset.

Beach and pool was amazing! The rooms were very clean but very noisy! We were on first floor and heard all activities from the lobby. Music people cheering .

My first time at Moon Palace after staying in other hotels in the Zona Hotelera. Other for the beach not being swimmable, everything about this hotel was amazing: the service, the staff, amenities, food. Everything also very clean and organized.

We travel often to Cancun and have stayed at many different properties over the years. This was the best by far! The staff goes out of the way to make you feel like the most important person in the world. The layout of the property is so well thought out and absolutely stunning. If I could give them a higher rating I would. Israel our private concierge made us feel like royalties. Very family friendly and great for couples too. You don’t want to miss this one!

Everything was great! From the check in to check out, all questions were addressed and staff were extremely hospitable. The food was a bit repetitive, delicious but predictable if you're there for more than 3 days. The pools were great. Cabana staff was attentive and helpful. Didn't get to try Varenna or MB, it's on the to do list for next time. I have no complaints.
