Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms.

The first two days the AC was not working properly and the sound of the rain drops over the platform was annoing. We had to be moved to other room.
