나인스 워드 반려동물 동반 가능 여행

The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I am a VIP Silver member with Expedia, and this hotel came highly recommended. Based on that recommendation and my expectations as a returning traveler, I was extremely disappointed by the experience I had during this stay. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. After reporting the issue, it took an excessive amount of time for someone to come and assess the situation. Once maintenance arrived, the maintenance employee was repeatedly going back and forth attempting to fix the issue, but the problem was not adequately resolved. Even more concerning was the excessive amount of visible mold in the room. I was extremely concerned about the potential health implications of being exposed to these conditions. I also witnessed the maintenance employee attempting to cover the mold rather than properly addressing the underlying issue. This was very concerning and unacceptable, particularly given the potential health risks associated with mold exposure. At the last minute, shortly before checkout, we were offered another room. However, by that point, it was too late to be a reasonable solution, as we were only a few hours away from checking out. Overall, this was a horrible and extremely disappointing stay.
