Food options should get a little better and have more options of food for example as simple as white rice everything else was good

Very organized with incredible customer service. Every restaurant we tried was delicious including the buffet. The only thing to point out if being picky is the pool was a bit warm in my opinion. Everything else was phenomenal.

More availability for dinner options due to good restaurants are booked days in advance and always full.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We’ve stayed at multiple Dreams resorts and they are always so beautiful and the staff is literally the best. So kind and attentive. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with an inoperable escalator, I was real skeptical about getting a good experience based just on that. Checking in was a breeze, and although, we arrived at approximately 2200hrs, I was still expecting some comforts at the front of the hotel lobby, we settled for room service. The overall food experience was average, I must say, the restaurant “El Mexicano” was very surprising in a good way. There is also the Italian restaurant “Rosato” and the Cevichera which were okay. Several other restaurants on the premises which are not part of the inclusive package and would cost extra. The drinks were good. I recommend the “Mescalita”. The wait staff is excellent. But I revert to the amenities and comforts provided, we had an excursion pick up 0630 hrs and at the time failed to order room service thinking that there might be something light like fruits or muffins set out at the lobby, but there wasn’t. The breakfast buffet line gets long around 9am. Entertainment options are limited, few activities around the pool, few games (with limited accessory pieces) near the main bar, daycare for small kids

I really the VIP access thanks to Expedia. The resort was beautiful but the food wasn't the best. The resort doesn't offer your typical bacon and sausage for breakfast. We end up getting breakfast at the preferred club or ordered room service. The restaurants on the resort doesn't offer reservation. It's first come first serve basis except Teppanyaki. They only take reservations for the Teppanyaki Chef's. Which was booked every day during our stay which sucked. The buffet serves the same food everyday. The resort had a terrible smell. From my understanding it was seaweed season, I'm not 100% sure if that was the reason. We also couldn't enjoy the beach because of the seaweed. It was close. If you like the beach, you won't be able to utilize it. I reserved 3 rooms for my kids and mom. I upgraded all rooms to the rooms with the jacuzzi on the balcony and ocean front. The Jacuzzi's were disgusting! I wanted to downgrade to our previous rooms but that no longer an option because they weren't available. Our family vacation was ok overall but 2 of my kids were ready o come home after 2 days at the resort.
