Horrible place to stay. Old and ancient like property. Stained carpets, peeling of paint, stains in the bathroom and bad smell in the corridor. Don’t go by its pics on the site and reviews. All fake. It was shocking that in today’s day and age you could come across such a room and false claims on the website. Don’t know how they managed a 4 and a half star.
The rooms are old and outdated to the core so much so that it’s falling apart. To that the staff has only one line to say that it’s 38 years old. Well do some maintenance!! It’s says casino but it’s not opened yet, it says restaurants on site but they r all closed, says laundry facilities but there are none !! The breakfast buffet is a joke !! And nothing else is around this area , so pls don’t stay here.
Nobody at front desk or otherwise understand or speak English so difficult to talk . And if u lose ur room key they charge u 10000 won ! Ha ha

Room was clean and cleaning staff were extremely friendly. They would insist on cleaning our rooms even though we didn’t really need to, so that made our stay much better. Would be great to have a fan in the washroom, unless it’s present but I wasn’t aware how to use it lol. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants too.
