Great location, close to attractions and transit but not too noisy!

There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.

The location of the property was great. A little confusing to get to because of the construction around the area but it was very close to Shibuya station. The property was well maintained and we got an early check in which was much appreciated. We also got to relax in the hospitality room while our room was made ready for us.
