“We stayed with a large group of friends, there was a misunderstanding with our reservation upon arrival, however the staff worked with us and made it right for us which was excellent. Great views, a pretty quiet area, super close to the park and downtown Estes. Would for sure stay again especially for the price. ”

“I’m fairly sensitive to smells, and they do use an air freshener of sorts to mask it, but upon walking in you can definitely tell there has been some combination of smoking and pets in the room at some point. It’s not terrible, just noticeable when I first walked in. There are some mysterious building noises, repeated creaking/tapping sounds etc, but I put on my noise machine and slept just fine.
