"This is a modern and spacious room. It is everything you want in a room to stay in Tokyo. Its close to the train station that will take you anywhere. Its a safe area where you can walk at anytime of day or night. There is a 7-11 across the street for snacks, drinks and even full meals. The host is great and everything was amazing. "Location close to the airport bus which is a plus especially when you had multiple large luggage that you don’t have to go up and down to catch the train finding an elevator and riding on a crowded train. Easy access to the JR station. The room is small and is difficult to open up two luggage at the same time if you do not have the open top luggage type. The hotel entrance is hard to find and the lobby is on the 4th floor which has no clear sign as you walk into the building."
