"Overall an excellent hotel especially considering what passes for 4 and 5 stars these days. The rooms are very comfy and the showers are absolutely amazing! Only a few complaints: 1. Check your itemized bill carefully. There were three unauthorized charges for items in the mini fridge which I did not use at all. Still waiting on hotel to issue credit. 2. Confirm late checkout time!!! I was told it was 5:00 pm and paid extra. Only to find out on the day of leaving they moved it to 3:00...

"We had a great time. Loved the food, our room, the staff, our view. The only thing is that first floor had no air conditioning it was pretty warm in there. That’s where they have a few of the restaurants & gift shop. There’s also a bad odor in the same space. Smelled like they mopped with dirty mop. Someone said it was sewage. The beach had lots of seaweed which made water look dirty. (Beyond your control) Also would have loved more shops. Not a deal breaker. "

Professional, courteous and accommodating. He made the stay even more special. So thankful for everyone who made our anniv. vacation a once in a lifetime experience that wont be forgotten. "

"The hotel staff, food and grounds were great! What wasn’t great is the wait to be shuttled to the other buildings. Also, the prices in the gift store were ridiculous! Like $400 for a large plush. I paid $18 for a few Advil. "

"The wife and I stayed here for our 8 year anniversary. It was an excellent and beautiful resort. The rooftop and pools are amazing. This is a pretty chill resort - kids are here on the lower level with rooftop being adults only. The staff was A plus - definitely recommend for a trip. "
