“Fantastic hotel, beautiful interior, standing proud in the centre of Christchurch, with an imposing position overlooking the old priory ruins and castle.
The staff were attentive, there was a small mix up on check in, that was sorted swiftly and promptly. Given the wrong door key by a young member of staff, I would imagine still training.
Early check in was a great bonus to opt for, just a small additional charge.

This hotel is right on the beach, so suited our needs perfectly,
We were given a lovely room overlooking the sea & right next to the lift (which made things easier for my mobility issues)
The staff were most welcoming & friendly.
