“OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.”

“I stayed in one of the ‘chalet’ type rooms overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. The woman on reception, when checking in, wasn’t particularly friendly- no warm welcome! The room really needs updating/decorating. A half eaten pear was on the decking outside, the Roman blind in the room was half hanging off and the room was quite dark so I couldn’t even let in more light, some cob webs in the bathroom and no welcome/info folder in the room which you normally would have with details...

“It's cozy place. I wanna eat nice breakfast again. ”

“Fabulous stay The upgrade was Huge!! All Staff are so friendly and very nice..breakfast was delicious and a good variety I could literally touch the sand from my deck..so beautiful and amazing stay Next time all I want more is a small fridge and safe box the view was fantastic watch the tide and walk on the powder soft sand”

“We booked 3 rooms. All were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was extremely polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and all our evening meals in the restaurant, extremely well prepared and tasted delicious. The Kings Arms is well positioned in the centre of Christchurch but with the added bonus of a bus stop directly outside and another a short walk away. On arrival we didn’t have any problem parking...

“전반적으로 숙소가 깨끗하고, 조용해서 좋았습니다. 해변까지 도보로 10분 이내라 산책하기 좋았습니다. 주변에 한국식 라면을 먹을 수 있는 식당이 가까이 있는 것도 또한 괜찮았습니다. ”

“Breakfast was very good and the lady serving was lovely and extremely friendly, even though she was on her own and very busy. Bedroom was clean. Price was good value.”
