“The Hotel looked really nice from outside but BEWARE booking this hotel on Expedia. We booked a room over a year in advance and after driving 300 miles for 6 hours the desk workers informed us that the hotel doesn't actually recognise booking made through Expedia. We were not informed of this until we turned up only to find we had no where to stay for the night. “The hotel is very picturesque and still has it's original charm of the old coal exchange the bedroom (presidential suite) was comfortable but needed a refresh the headboard and the bottom of the bed looked worn out the room needed to be dusted on the wardrobe and hoovered fully the jacuzzi bath tub was very relaxing and nice to sit and chill in the bath , the breakfast was fresh and tasty there was plenty of food choose from hot and cold the toaster took a long time to warm up and toast the...

“AC unit in the room was very noisy, other than that the hotel is very nice and comfortable”

“The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed”

“A beautiful hotel set in the hills. The room and facilities are good for the money. You also have access to the pool and decently equipped gym which is available throughout your stay. My room unfortunately had rubbish left under my desk but it wasn't the end of the world. As well as some light fittings not functioning. I'd say the decor also needs updating in the rooms as they do look a bit tired. I would advise avoiding this place during anything above 30'c. The rooms are not supplied with...
