“We didn’t really use the hotel but the room was clean. Staff happy to look after our bags till check in. No issues and very central”

“Pleasant staff at reception , nice bar and chill vibe”

“깨끗하고 청결한 호텔.. 특히 욕실이 밝아 너무 좋았습니다..”

“Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.”

“Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!”

“Excellent stay ~ cosy rooms, centrally located, very kind and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!”

“Staff members were nice and friendly. Location is great and close to the main touristc areas”

“Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

“Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel.”
